Products and Orders
We sell original oil paintings, including ready-to-ship items and custom artwork. All product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided on the Site.
Custom or made-to-order products are non-refundable and non-returnable, in accordance with applicable consumer laws.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include applicable VAT.
We accept payments through Shopify Payments, which may include options such as Klarna, PayPal, and major credit/debit cards. No additional payment fees are charged beyond what is shown at checkout.
Shipping and Delivery
We offer free shipping on all orders.
No customs duties or import fees should apply for deliveries within the EU and the US.
We currently do not have restrictions on delivery locations.
Orders are typically processed within a few business days and delivered based on the shipping provider’s timelines. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier availability.
Returns and Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
Custom or personalized products are not eligible for return or refund unless faulty.
Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow a few business days for the amount to appear on your original payment method.
